Realign
I’m not hugely into new year’s resolutions, although I do love a good goal-setting vision board session at the beginning of the year. I guess I value dreaming and planning a year full of good energy rather than thinking about ways to remove or restrict parts of my life. That usually ends up with feelings of failure, am I right?
Instead, I love to think of the new year as a time to reconnect and realign. When we take time to slow down, breathe, and listen, those big dreams, aspirations, and plans can come to fruition.
