I love and appreciate time with family, like during the holidays, and also recognize that as a highly sensitive person and an introverted extrovert, it's crucial that when I'm outta my routine, I really take care of myself by creating alone time and using that time wisely. 

So, if you see you're starting to get activated, triggered, frustrated, overwhelmed, I'd invite you to:
Step 1 - Breathe
Step 2 - Create some alone time for yourself

And then, use that time to reflect on these two empowering questions:
1 - Which of my natural talents or gifts would be of highest service today and how can I use them?
2 - What do I need to receive today?
