Seasonal endings bring soft beginnings. Through curiosity, introspection, and intention, our retreat will honor the opportunity to rest and go within to discover your greatest sense of renewal for the season ahead. Join us as we celebrate the fall equinox and the magical shifts available in the season.
Invest in yourself this fall with a yoga & wellness retreat that includes mindful movement and intentional coaching. Equal parts mindful movement (4 yoga sessions), intention-setting (coaching workshops), and stillness (free time) will leave you feeling truly renewed.
Your mind will feel calm: Nestled between growing pines and the red rock shores of Lake Superior, your mind will slow down in the quiet stillness, and take in the beauty of this natural environment.
Your body will feel nurtured: Every (healthy and locally sourced) meal will be lovingly prepared by the Wild Rice chefs with light and pure flavors + creative twists. No planing, no prepping, no cooking, no dishes... you simply show up to be fed gorgeous meals from Friday evening through Sunday brunch :).
Your body + soul will feel loved: Beautiful customized morning and evening yoga practices will be offered throughout the weekend. You can move through the poses with energy and sweat or lay in shavasana the whole time - this is for you.
Your heart will feel open and loved: Come with a friend or come alone - we will connect as a beautiful community of women over the weekend through thoughtful workshops, meaningful conversations, solo journaling, and presence.
When you leave, our intention is that your mind, body, and soul will feel relaxed, fulfilled, and energized for what's to come.
