Grounding

Spring is such a great time to tap into the changing weather and to enjoy nature again! I love to think about “grounding” - to the earth, to self, to core values - during Spring.

A grounding yoga flow uses postures to connect with the earth and promote a sense of stability, calmness, and centeredness. By “rooting down - physically, but also mentally and emotionally - you can imagine you’re establishing a strong foundation and staying in the present moment. 

On a spiritual level, grounding yoga allows you to tap into the grounded energy of the earth and the universe. The combination of movement with a breath and meditation practice can help you feel centered this season.
