In yoga poses and in life, being still can often be harder than moving!
I probably don’t have to tell you all the benefits of meditation. But if you are like me and have a busy mind, making it hard to meditate, yoga can be the perfect way to quiet your mind and find stillness - insideand out.
Yoga is a moving meditation, where by focusing on your breath and the movement, you can clear some mental space to allow in the good stuff.
